ASoTS
Pitch: An exiled princess who is meant to be the keeper of magic only the women of her bloodline possess, a cursed pirate, an outlaw on the run, a seer, assassin and heir to her family's infamous mining company, a mermaid fleeing her​ war-torn home, and a dragon prince well-versed in alchemy and spells all on a quest to save their world from certain doom.

All about ASoTS
For anyone who hasn't been keeping up with my Instagram, has simply forgotten, or is new, ASoTS is the acronym for the title of my latest and main project. I've set In the Midnight Blue aside for an undetermined amount of time, due to several reasons. I'll pick it back up eventually, but I was struggling something fierce with imposter syndrome and felt the need to take a break. I developed my original ideas for ASoTS and plan to finish this before I try to pick up ITMB again. Working on another, less-stressful project and eventually completing it will hopefully help me regain my love for ITMB.

If you like banter, a spunky cast, fantasy adventures, pirates, and magic, stay tuned for more! I'm planning to do a full title reveal upon completion of draft one, sometime between Halloween and Christmas :)

Summary
A pirate in search of a new crew and a cursebreaker. A princess exiled after her claim to the throne as heir and future queen is broken. Fate will bring them together.
In Möria, an island kingdom where Aether magic controls all other magics, Alta Cardello will one day become Aetheress. As Aetheress— and queen— she will reign over her kingdom and hold the balance of Möria’s magic in her hands. When her test that allows her to show she can master her bloodline’s magic goes horribly wrong, and a curse descends upon her home, Alta must flee. A princess in exile, hunted by her people, she has no choice but to run from home and break the island’s curse. Only then will she have another chance at securing her claim to the throne as heir.
Running out of options, Alta hastily strikes a bargain with a pirate. If she helps him find a crew and break his curse, he’ll help her break the curse on Möria.
Together, they must sail the kingdom and waters beyond, traveling to treacherous new lands, conquering fierce beasts, and dealing with shady figures, all while staying hidden from the people of Möria and those who have turned against the Cardello bloodline.
Alta has a choice: Reclaim her place as heir to the Cardello throne, or die trying.
She will not back down.
